Experienced Bankruptcy AttorneyFocusing on Alternatives to the Traditional Bankruptcy ProcessI have been an active bankruptcy lawyer for approximately 20 years. I learned that hard working people hardly ever want to file for bankruptcy. That is usually the last thing that they want to do, however, they have no one to turn to for independent advice. If they go to see a bankruptcy attorney, they will most likely end up filing for bankruptcy. If they go to see a mortgage lender, they will most likely end up refinancing their house. If they go to see a credit counselor, they will most likely end up in some sort of a repayment program. That is only natural. This is not necessarily a conflict of interest, however, the client should be made aware of alternatives besides bankruptcy before making the big decision to actually file. I will meet with you and go over your financial situation in great detail. We will discuss the alternatives available to you, including the various forms of bankruptcy. In the end I will make a recommendation. Sometimes the recommendation is that you file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Or, if you own a business, you may be able to file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Ultimately, the decision is up to you. If I recommend that you file for bankruptcy in one form or another, you will at least know that the recommendation comes from an experienced attorney. My fee for this service is $285.00. The session generally takes forty-five minutes to an hour. It can be done either in person or through video conferencing. Prior to our scheduled appointment, you will need to complete the Financial Analysis Questionnaire, and provide your credit card billing information. I am looking forward to helping you through this process. You may either call me directly at 609-654-5489 or Toll Free at 888-336-8417, or use e-mail to set up an appointment.
