The process of establishing your business

• We consult with you on the appropriate type of business organization to form. Limited liability companies (LLCs) are becoming increasingly popular in New Jersey.
• We research your proposed business name to make sure it is available and not so similar to another business name that it will cause confusion with the public.
• We prepare the legal documents for you and submit them to the state on your behalf.
